效果 effect (oft. a subjective perception or judgement; mw. 种)( 效, effect)

Zhè zhǒng yào de xiàoguǒ bùcuò, tā de késòu xiànzài yǐjīng hǎole.

This medicine has no effect, taking it and without taking it is almost the same.
这种药没什么效果，吃了跟没吃差不多。
Zhè zhǒng yào méishénme xiàoguǒ, chīle gēn méi chī chàbùduō.

He improved his learning methods and achieved great results.
他改进了学习方法，收到了很大的效果。
Tā gǎijìnle xuéxí fāngfǎ, shōu dàole hěn dà de xiàoguǒ.

The effect of this medicine is a little better than that.
这种药的效果比那种好一些。
Zhè zhǒng yào de xiàoguǒ bǐ nà zhǒng hǎo yìxiē.
